Responsibilities

Proactive Project Monitoring & Risk Mitigation:

• Actively track the status of tasks across projects, ensuring progress aligns with deadlines and objectives.
• Anticipate potential risks or roadblocks, develop mitigation strategies, and take the initiative to resolve issues early.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving project scopes, keeping projects on track in a fast-paced environment.

Dynamic Cross-Team Coordination:

• Act as a central point of contact between engineering, design, and other teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Facilitate regular status updates, decision-making sessions, and reviews to keep all stakeholders aligned and projects moving forward.
• Foster a culture of transparency and open dialogue to break down silos and strengthen teamwork.

Strong Product Ownership & Vision:

• Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Drive the product vision with a clear understanding of user pain points, prioritizing features that create meaningful value.
• Ensure deliverables meet high standards of quality and align with the strategic direction of the company.

Product Development & Cloud Strategy:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features based on business impact and user experience.
• Leverage expertise in cloud services to shape product architecture and design decisions, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in cloud platforms to identify opportunities for innovation.

Cloud Platform Expertise (Preferred):

• Apply knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure to guide product strategies and decisions.
• Recommend and implement best practices for optimizing cloud-based solutions.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure alignment with cloud-native approaches and technologies.

Agility in Fast-Paced Environments:

• Thrive in a dynamic work culture by maintaining flexibility, adapting quickly to changes, and consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.

Requirement

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, ideally in a tech or cloud-focused environment.
• Strong product and ownership mindset, with a passion for driving projects from start to finish.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with experience in cross-functional team environments.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and technologies.
• Technical background or experience collaborating closely with engineering teams.
