Overview

We are looking for a Design Assistant to join our team. This role focuses on providing support for design-related tasks and assisting with exhibition project management. You will collaborate closely with the QIG team to handle simple design work and help coordinate exhibition logistics, including product preparation, shipping, and scheduling. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the QIG team with simple graphic design tasks (layout adjustments, visual updates, and asset preparation).
   
• Support the development of design assets for quick installation guides and related materials.
   
• Collaborate across teams to gather necessary design inputs and feedback.
   
• Coordinate exhibition projects, including product preparation, packaging, and shipping.
   
• Manage exhibition schedules and assist in organizing event logistics.
   
• Maintain consistency in design style and ensure alignment with Ubiquiti’s brand guidelines.
   

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic skills in graphic design with proficiency in tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, or related software.
   
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
   
• Attention to detail and willingness to take initiative.
   
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
   
• Fluent in Chinese and capable of business communication in English.
   
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience or internship in design, event support, or related fields.
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in exhibition planning, event coordination, or project management.
   
• Familiarity with industrial or product-related design.
   
• Demonstrated ability to handle logistics and cross-team coordination.
