Responsibilities:

• Managing full cycle recruitment process for IT positions. Including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, providing assessment and reference checks;
• Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in a quality driven way;
• Be accountable for HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding;
• Providing assistance and guidance to managers and employees regarding HR processes, policies, and inquiries;
• Managing employment contracts, maintaining employee records, and handling compliance with labor laws. Ensuring accurate time-off and sick leave management;
• Take care of office equipment, supplies, and ensuring employees have everything they need.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant recruitment and HR experience in IT industry;
• Experience in lead full-cycle recruitment, attract top talent, and ensure seamless onboarding;
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR administration;
• Experience in organizing employer branding initiatives is a plus;
• Excellent communication and strong organizational skills, attention to detail with an eagerness to learn and contribute;
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and be a creative problem solver;
• Outstanding communication skills in both Romanian and English;
• Located in Bucharest.
