Job Details

The role will independently work with cross-functional teams to lead multiple projects at the same time from ID concept to mass production in fast-paced product development cycles for delivering great products to the markets.

Responsibilities

• Create and evaluate new product concepts
• Participate in evaluation and selection of material, components and manufacturing process
• 3D modeling, engineering drawing drafting and tolerance analysis
• Troubleshooting of design, tooling, production issues
• Perform tests and conduct engineering analysis
• Competitive product analysis ( Component / Material / Process / Mechanism / BOM Cost )
• Explore and analysis new material, technology and manufacturing process

Basic Qualifications

• Expressed interest in mechanical engineering in networking industry
• Demonstrated aptitude for creative, “out of the box” thinking
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn new things
• Understanding of basic mechanics, material science, tooling and manufacturing. 
• Good root-cause analysis and problem solving skills
• Great communication skill for collaborating with cross-functional team members and suppliers
• Fluency in English

Technical Requirements

• Proficient in 3D CAD tools (Solidworks preferred)
• Great ability for solving problems with statistical tools.
• Experience of mass production of plastic or sheet metal parts.
• Experience of industrial and consumer power product design.
• Experience of AI related devices.
• Familiarity with Safety Standards including UL and IEC .v
