Responsibilities:

• Product Design Leadership: Lead the industrial design process for UI product lines, including Network, Access, and Accessories. Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant, and functional designs.
• Brand and User Experience Consistency: Enhance the overall user experience, focusing on intuitive interactions, seamless integration, and exceptional unboxing and installation processes.
• User Story and Innovative Solutions: Starting from the product user experience, define user stories and develop them into innovative, actionable solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering (ME/EE/UX), PDM, and project managers teams to integrate design solutions with technical and market requirements. Provide insights to ensure design feasibility and production quality.
• Design Story Advocacy and Communication: Present design story  to stakeholders, fostering alignment and excitement across teams. Advocate for user-centric design principles to elevate the overall quality and usability of UI products.

Minimum Qualifications (MUST-haves):

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design/Product Design/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial design, showcasing a robust portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of user-centric design principles.
• Expertise in 3D design tools for creating high-quality visualizations, including Creo or SolidWorks, Adobe Creative Suite, and Keyshot etc,.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• A deep understanding of UI’s design philosophy and a passion for creating minimalist, functional, and user-friendly products.

• Industry Expertise:
  Experience designing for networking, EoT, products.
• Emerging Technologies:
  Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies and their application in product design.
