Responsibilities

• Drive and implement designs with cross functional teams independently.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturing to ensure product quality.
• Be responsible for understanding and resolving all reliability concerns for designs. Execute with leadership through all development phases.
• Design for technical depth and innovative ideas. Solve issues associated with the product development path using creativity and smart designs.

Requirements

• 5 yrs experience in product development.
• Strong skill in design capacity with 3D tool.
• Experienced in surveillance and consumer camera design.
• Experienced in outdoor products design.
• Experience with plastic housing (injection molding, insert molding, double shot, dispensing glue, hot melt, ultrasonic), sheet metal process, CNC process, extrusion and die casting
• Design for technical depth and innovative ideas. Solve issues associated with the product development path using creativity and smart designs.
• Drive and implement designs with cross functional teams independently.

Nice to have

• Experienced in PTZ camera development
• Basic optical design ability
