Responsibilities 

  • Contributes to integrating the development progress of the mechanical parts
  • Ensure all the engineering practices are carried out and let the readiness of parts hit the project milestone.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with [ME Group/EPM/DQA/FPM] to deliver high-quality products.
  • Risk assessment, formulating strategy, implementing changes, improving yield rate, following through the production plan, and securing the shipping quality. 
  • Concise summaries and escalate the important matters. Ensures alignment with key leaders of milestone achievement before moving the program forward.

Requirement 

  • Experience working on mechanical-related wireless lockers or cameras.
  • Proven experience with technical program management.
  • Strong foundation in product development with 3+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Solid understanding of Mechanical development strategy or Statistical Analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent education.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to earn trust and influence partners and teams.

  • Act as a leading team member in the development of fulfillment strategies throughout the entire product lifecycle
