Responsibilities

- Work closely with ID team to get the products to market on time

- Verify the functionality/assembly/reliability on the prototype

- Design 2D/3D and establish relative documents 

- Cooperate with Tooling/Manufacturing/Mech.Sourcer/Hardware/RF/Antenna Engineer to drive the project moving forward

- Track schedule in tooling/pilot run/pre-production

- Secure products on quality/cost/UX experience

- Analysis of competitors’ products

Minimum Qualifications

- BS in Mechanical or Equivalent 

- 7+ years of experience in Mechanical Design (sheet metal, plastics, castings, CNC

- Specialize in waterproof/robustness/mounting structure design

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

- High EQ

- Work well under pressure

- Experience in products related to the Networking field

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering

- Experience in injection molding/sheet metal/ die casting “Design.”

- Fluently speak English, good at writing/listening/reading 

- Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
