Our team in Japan is now looking for a Network Engineer.

About the Role

As the pioneering engineer in Japan for Ubiquiti products, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and market penetration in Japan. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will serve as the head of the engineering department for Ubiquiti Japan. Your responsibilities encompass everything from pre-sales activities to post-sales support. You'll be proactively involved in customer visits and product presentations in webinars. For the foreseeable future, you'll engage in both pre-sales and post-sales activities, tailoring the complete range of Ubiquiti products to customer needs, striving to enhance user experience with optimal solutions.

Responsibilities

• Master the entire product suite of Ubiquiti to propose optimal solutions, aiming to improve user experiences.
• Gather feedback from partners and customers, identify areas for product or service improvement, and promptly take actions to address them.

Knowledge and Experience

• Business-level English communication capabilities.
• Proven track record and experience as a pre-sales network engineer, capable of proposing based on concrete case studies and past achievements.
• Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex technical challenges clearly to customers and partners.
• A person of high integrity, earning the trust of colleagues and customers alike. You recognize that building trust is key to business success.
• Ambitious towards set goals and proactive in nature, consistently seeking to exceed given targets.
