Candidates should be prepared to work from our Prague office at least three times per week.
 

We are looking for:

• Software product manager with eager for taking responsibility for introducing new ideas and products to our community world-wide
• The candidate should be able to cowork with other PMs, Engineers and UI/UX teams to define the specifications and work with teams to incrementally deliver robust and user-friendly applications to our end users
• Product/Project manager who is willing to take action and ambitious to build the world-leading products with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere

Responsibilities:

• Leading a project closely related to Ubiquiti UniFi Networking products platform
• Manage the project through the entire lifecycle. (spec define, schedule released, quality and risk controls etc.)
• Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user experience and satisfaction
• Identify resource constraints, mitigate potential risks, and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Lead a global cross-functional team of UI/UX, engineers, and QA to make them work effectively together and launch impactful features to the market

Minimum Qualifications (MUST-have):

• 3 years of experience in product/project management in related software industry with provable records
• Familiar with agile product development methodology and tools, e.g. Jira and confluence 
• Experience effectively working with cross-functional teams, such as UX/UI, Engineering, QA or Marketing, etc.
• Technical understanding of the systems and technologies behind your product, their limitations, and boundary conditions
• Fluent in English and Czech

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-haves / Plus):

• Experience and knowledge in FrontEnd and BackEnd development
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Positive, strong, and aggressive attitude and mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills are a plus
