Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Signal Integrity Engineer to join our hardware DQA team. The candidate will be responsible for executing signal quality measurements on key projects, analyzing results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure electrical performance meets industry and internal standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform signal measurements on designated projects and evaluate whether the results meet electrical and compliance specifications
  • Generate signal measurement reports to support tracking and review across development stages and 2nd source verification.
  • Work closely with related teams (such as hardware design, layout, firmware, or vendors) to identify root causes and validate improvements when signal integrity fails to meet specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in signal measurement
  • Familiarity with high-speed and low-speed interfaces (e.g., I2C, GMII, USB, Ethernet, PCIe, SerDes).
  • Good experience in Oscilloscope operation and soldering, can execute signal validation independently
  • Ability to understand and interpret electrical voltage and timing specifications defined by various IC vendors (e.g., PHY, SerDes, ASIC).
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills. 
  • Hands-on experience with BERT and signal analysis tools is a plus.
