Responsibilities
- Develop standard UI components and style guides for company-wide use.
- Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
- Address product, marketing and business needs.
- Conduct industry research and stay up-to-date on best practices, competitor UI designs and emerging technologies.
- Develop consistent, intuitive architectures.
Requirement
- 3+ years(senior) in designing web / mobile products.
- Solid design philosophy, deep understanding and practical experience in user experience design and related fields.
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Ability to innovate and develop out-of-the-box solutions to complex user interaction problems.
- Strong knowledge of user experience principles, techniques, and patterns
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
- A team player but can work independently too.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Fluent in Chinese and business writing in English.
